What is included with my painting kit?

All painting kits include a pre-printed canvas, a set of 8 paint pots and a paintbrush, packaged in a white box that makes it easy to gift or protect your artwork.

What type of paint is included with my painting kit?

Our painting kits come with a set of high quality acrylic paints. Clothing and surfaces should be protected when using this paint.

I ordered a painting kit, when will it ship?

Painting kits will ship out 3-5 business days after order is received.

Why are Party Packs a special order item and what does it mean?

All painting kits are handmade by Twirling Bird Creative and we may not always have large quantities readily available. We are happy to provide Party Packs for you, with the understanding that it may take longer to assemble your order.

Where are my items shipping from?

All items are shipped from our location in Massachusetts.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship internationally.

Can I make a change to, or cancel, my order?

We are unable to cancel or make changes to any orders once they have been placed. Be sure to check all information before submitting an order.

How is the shipping cost calculated for my order?

We use a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99. All orders over $65 will ship for free.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we are happy to offer local pickup as an option on all orders. Local pickup will be in Holliston, MA at The Bird and Bear Collective on Washington St. Details will be emailed to you once your order is ready for pickup.

What if my package is returned as undeliverable?

Any packages returned to Twirling Bird Creative that are labeled by the shipping carrier as undeliverable will be refunded upon receipt. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for that specific order.

Do you accept returns?

If you do not love your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or a refund. Please contact us at hello@twirlingbirdcreative.com with your order number and information about your request.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the problem quickly. We ask that you send your order number and a photo of the issue. This will help with quality control and to prevent the same situation in the future. As with returns, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
